Incentive Compensation Plans definition

Incentive Compensation Plans means annual incentive compensation plans and long‑term incentive compensation plans of the Company, which long‑term incentive compensation plans may include plans offering stock options, restricted stock and other long‑term incentive compensation.

More Definitions of Incentive Compensation Plans

Incentive Compensation Plans means any variable compensation or incentive compensation plan maintained by the Company in which you were a participant immediately prior to a Change in Control of the Corporation, including but not limited to the UCAR International Inc. Management Incentive Plan.
