Cash Incentive Plan definition

Cash Incentive Plan means the Ultimate Parent Company’s Executive Performance Incentive Plan.

Cash Incentive Plan means any short-term incentive plan of Dominion Resources, Inc. or an Affiliate that the CGN Committee determines should be taken into account for purposes of this Plan.

Cash Incentive Plan means the Company’s Annual Cash Incentive Compensation Plan, as may be modified from time to time.

More Definitions of Cash Incentive Plan

Cash Incentive Plan means the General Growth Properties, Inc. Cash Value Added Incentive Compensation Plan.
