Incentive Plans definition

Incentive Plans means any incentive, bonus, deferred compensation or similar plan or arrangement currently or hereafter made available by Employer in which Executive is eligible to participate.
Incentive Plans shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.3(d) hereof.
Incentive Plans means the Company’s (i) 2004 Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time, (ii) 2011 Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time, and (iii) any Long-Term Incentive Plans entered into between Executive and the Company.

  • Each Director shall be reimbursed by the Company for reasonable travel and other expenses incurred in attending or participating in meetings of the Board or otherwise fulfilling such Director’s duties as a Director and each Director shall be eligible to participate in any Equity Incentive Plans as agreed by the Board.

Incentive Plans means Corporation’s 1993 Employees Stock Incentive Plan, the 2003 Employees Restricted Stock Incentive Plan, the 2007 Employees Stock Incentive Plan, and any successor plans.
