DSU Plan definition

DSU Plan means the Deferred Share Unit Plan of the Corporation.

DSU Plan means the Under Armour, Inc. 2006 Non-Employee Directors Deferred Stock Unit Plan, as amended and restated from time to time.

DSU Plan means the Deferred Share Unit Plan for non-executive directors adopted in November of 2008 by Jaguar, as amended from time to time;

• The maximum number of Common Shares reserved for issuance at any time and issued within any one-year period to insiders of the Company under all security-based compensation arrangements, including the DSU Plan and the RSU Plan, cannot exceed 10% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares.
