Chilean Security Documents definition

Chilean Security Documents means the agreements and documents described on Schedule 1.01(g) under the caption "Chile" (in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Initial Lenders) and each security agreement or other instrument or document executed and delivered pursuant to Section 5.11 or 5.12 or otherwise to secure any of the Obligations in respect of (a) Collateral located in Chile and (b) Equity Interests of any Person incorporated or organized under the laws of Chile or any political subdivision thereof that constitute Collateral.
Chilean Security Documents means each Pledge Agreement delivered to the Administrative Agent in respect of the ownership interests in RG Chile, each Security Agreement delivered to the Administrative Agent by RG Chile with respect to the Xxxxxx-Xxxx, El Toqui, and Andacollo Royalties and any other property subject thereto; the fianza y codeuda solidaria agreement to be executed in Chile by public deed in order to declare the joint and several liability of RG Chile in accordance with Section 10.19, and each other Security Document associated with the foregoing.
Chilean Security Documents means, collectively, the Commercial Pledge to EDC on Concessions of Telecommunications. Commercial Pledge to IDB on Concessions of Telecommunications, the Pledges Without Conveyance on Chattel Property, the Chilean Pledge Agreements, the Conditional Assignments, the Promise to Grant a Commercial Pledge on Concessions of Telecommunications, the Promise to Grant a Pledge Without Conveyance on Chattel Property, the Promise to Execute Conditional Assignment of Rights and the Project Account Agreement.

Examples of Chilean Security Documents in a sentence

  • The Credit Parties agree to finalize, execute and deliver the Chilean Security Documents in accordance with Section 6.16.

More Definitions of Chilean Security Documents

Chilean Security Documents means the Security Documents other than the NY Account Pledge Agreements.
Chilean Security Documents means the Stock Pledge Agreement to be executed by RFC for the benefit of the Collateral Control Agent whereby RFC pledges its ownership interest, representing the corporate capital stock of GMAC-RFC Chile Inversiones Limitada and any and all notices, certificates, agreements and other documents to be executed and delivered by RFC pursuant to the foregoing or otherwise in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Stock Pledge Agreement.
Chilean Security Documents means each Pledge Agreement delivered to the Administrative Agent in respect of the ownership interests in RG Chile, each Security Agreement delivered to the Administrative Agent by RG Chile with respect to the Xxxxxx-Xxxx, El Toqui, and Andacollo Royalties and any other property subject thereto; the fianza y codeuda solidaria agreement to be executed in Chile by public deed in order to declare the joint and several liability of RG Chile in accordance with Section 10.19, and each other Security Document associated with the foregoing. “Collateral” shall mean a collective reference to the collateral which is identified in, and at any time will be, or is intended to be, subject to or covered by, a Security Document and any other property or assets of a Credit Party, whether tangible or intangible, whether real or personal and whether now or hereafter acquired, that may from time to time secure the Obligations, including the Material Royalties.
Chilean Security Documents means any document that is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile which is intended to create a valid security interest in or conditional assignment of property of any Person as well as any power of attorney related thereto.
Chilean Security Documents means the Security Documents other than the NY Account PledgeAgreements.

  • Canadian Security Documents means the Canadian Security Agreement, the Québec Hypothec and any other Loan Document that grants or purports to xxxxx x Xxxx on any Canadian Collateral.
