First Lien Security Documents definition

First Lien Security Documents means, collectively, (i) the Credit Agreement Collateral Documents and (ii) the Additional First-Lien Security Documents.

First Lien Security Documents means the Security Documents (as defined in the New First Lien Agreement) and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted securing New First Lien Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed, in each case to the extent relating to Common Collateral.

First Lien Security Documents means the “Security Documents”, as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement, and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted to secure any First Lien Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to any such Lien are governed.

Examples of First Lien Security Documents in a sentence

• In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of any of the First-Lien Security Documents or any of the other Secured Credit Documents, the provisions of this Agreement shall control.

First Lien Security Documents means the Security Documents and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted securing First Priority Lien Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed.

First Lien Security Documents means the Credit Agreement Collateral Agreement and the other Security Documents (as defined in the Credit Agreement) and each other agreement entered into in favor of the Collateral Agent for the purpose of securing First Lien Obligations of any Class.

First Lien Security Documents means the First-Lien Purchase Agreement and any other agreement, document, mortgage, or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted (or purported to be granted) securing any First-Lien Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated, modified, or Refinanced from time to time as permitted hereunder.

First Lien Security Documents means the Security Documents (other than any Security Documents that do not secure the First Lien Obligations).

First Lien Security Documents means the Collateral Agreement and each other agreement, instrument or document entered into in favor of the Collateral Agent for purposes of securing any Series of First Lien Obligations.
