First Lien Security Documents definition

First Lien Security Documents means, collectively, (i) the Credit Agreement Collateral Documents and (ii) the Additional First-Lien Security Documents.
First Lien Security Documents means the Security Documents (other than any Security Documents that do not secure the First Lien Obligations).
First Lien Security Documents means the Collateral Agreement and each other agreement, instrument or document entered into in favor of the Collateral Agent for purposes of securing any Series of First Lien Obligations.

Examples of First Lien Security Documents in a sentence

  • The Collateral Agent shall not have any duties or obligations except those expressly set forth herein and in the other First Lien Security Documents.

  • In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of any of the other Secured Credit Documents or First Lien Security Documents, the provisions of this Agreement shall control.

  • In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of any of the other First Lien Security Documents or Additional First Lien Documents, the provisions of this Agreement shall control.

  • Upon the acceptance of a successor’s appointment as Collateral Agent hereunder and under the First Lien Security Documents, such successor shall succeed to and become vested with all of the rights, powers, privileges and duties of the retiring (or retired) Collateral Agent, and the retiring Collateral Agent shall be discharged from all of its duties and obligations hereunder or under the other First Lien Security Documents (if not already discharged therefrom as provided above in this Section).

  • Additionally, in the event the First Lien Obligations of any Series are modified pursuant to applicable law (including, without limitation, pursuant to Section 1129 of the Bankruptcy Code), any reference to such First Lien Obligations or the First Lien Security Documents governing such First Lien Obligations shall refer to such obligations or such documents as so modified.


More Definitions of First Lien Security Documents

First Lien Security Documents means the security agreements, pledge agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, collateral assignments and related agreements, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified from time to time, creating the security interest in the Priority Lien Collateral as contemplated by the Priority Lien Note Documents.
First Lien Security Documents means the “Security Documents”, as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.
First Lien Security Documents means the Security Documents and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a lien is granted or purported to be granted securing First Lien Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such liens are governed, in each case to the extent relating to the collateral securing the First Lien Obligations.
First Lien Security Documents means the First-Lien Purchase Agreement and any other agreement, document, mortgage, or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted (or purported to be granted) securing any First-Lien Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated, modified, or Refinanced from time to time as permitted hereunder.
First Lien Security Documents means the First Lien Pledge and Security Agreement, the other Collateral Documents (as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement) and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any First Lien Obligations (including any Permitted Refinancing of any First Lien Obligation) or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed.
First Lien Security Documents means the Security Documents and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted securing First Priority Lien Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed.
