Senior Security Documents definition

Senior Security Documents means with respect to any Senior Secured Party, the Security Documents that secure the Senior Obligations.
Senior Security Documents means each “Guaranty Agreement,” as defined in the Senior Credit Agreement, the mortgages, deeds of trust, amended and restated mortgages, amended and restated deeds of trust and other documents or agreements executed or authorized by Borrower or any other Loan Party granting or perfecting (or intending to grant or perfect) any Lien in any asset of Borrower or any other Loan Party in favor of any Senior First Priority Secured Party.
Senior Security Documents the collective reference to all documents and instruments, now existing or hereafter arising, which create or purport to create a security interest in property to secure payment or performance of the Senior Obligations.

Examples of Senior Security Documents in a sentence

  • The Collateral is subject to the perfected first priority Lien (subject only to Permitted Liens and any exceptions permitted under the P1 Collateral Documents) intended to be established pursuant to the Senior Security Documents.

  • The provisions of the Senior Security Documents are effective to create, in favor of the P1 Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Senior Secured Parties, a legal, valid and enforceable perfected first priority Lien on and security interest in all of the Collateral purported to be covered thereby (subject to Permitted Liens and any exceptions permitted under the P1 Collateral Documents).

Senior Security Documents means with respect to any Senior Creditor, the Documents that secure the Senior Obligations.
Senior Security Documents means any and all financing documents, leases, indentures, or other financing agreements entered into in the past, the present or the future by the SPWB, State, or any subdivision of the State concerning any part of the Licensed Area, the Site, or the Facility.
