Canadian Security Documents definition

Canadian Security Documents means the Canadian Security Agreement, any share pledge agreement governed by Canadian law which provides for a Lien in favor of the Agent as security for any of the Obligations, and each other agreement, document or instrument executed by any Loan Party governed by Canadian law which provides for a Lien in favor of the Agent as security for any of the Obligations.
Canadian Security Documents means the Canadian Security Agreement, the Québec Hypothec and any other Loan Document that grants or purports to xxxxx x Xxxx on any Canadian Collateral.
Canadian Security Documents means, collectively, (a) the Canadian Guarantee, (b) the Canadian Pledge Agreements, (c) the Canadian Security Agreement, and the Canadian Hypothecs, if any, with respect to collateral located in Quebec, (d) any Mortgage or Canadian Hypothec, if applicable, over Mortgaged Property of a Canadian Subsidiary and (e) any security document entered into by a Canadian Subsidiary pursuant to Section 9.11 or 9.12.

  • Any proceeds received by the Canadian Agent from the foreclosure, sale, lease or other disposition of any of the Collateral from the Canadian Loan Parties and any other proceeds received pursuant to the terms of the Canadian Security Documents or the other Loan Documents shall be paid over to the Canadian Agent for application as provided in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

  • The U.S. Administrative Agent shall have received evidence in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to it that all of the requirements of subsection 7.5 of this Agreement and subsection 5.2.2 of the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement and any similar section of any Canadian Security Documents shall have been satisfied.

More Definitions of Canadian Security Documents

Canadian Security Documents means all security agreements delivered pursuant to this Agreement and granted by any Canadian Loan Party and all confirmations and acknowledgements thereof, including (a) general security agreements and (b) the Quebec Documents, in each case relating to the grant to the Collateral Agent of a security interest in the ABL Priority Collateral owned by such Canadian Loan Party.
Canadian Security Documents means the Canadian Borrower Pledge Agreement and all other security documents hereafter delivered to the Canadian Administrative Agent granting a Lien on the stock of the Canadian Borrower or any other Canadian Subsidiary to secure the obligations and liabilities of the Canadian Borrower hereunder and under any of the other Loan Documents or to secure any guarantee by any Canadian Subsidiary of any such obligations and liabilities.
Canadian Security Documents means each Canadian Security Agreement and, after the execution and delivery thereof, each Mortgage executed and delivered by any Canadian Credit Party with respect to any Real Property of such Canadian Credit Party and each other document executed and delivered by any Canadian Credit Party pursuant to which a Lien is granted (or purported to be granted) in favor of the Collateral Agent to secure the Obligations, and each document, if any, executed and delivered by any Canadian Credit Party pursuant to the Additional Account Security Actions.
Canadian Security Documents means the Canadian Pledge Agreement and, after the execution and delivery thereof, each Additional Security Documents entered into by a Canadian Credit Party.
Canadian Security Documents means the General Security Agreement, Mortgages, and the deed of hypothec charging the universality of moveable property, in each case granted by the Canadian Borrower and each other Canadian Loan Party in favor of the Canadian Agent.
