Canadian Security Documents definition

Canadian Security Documents means the Canadian Security Agreement, Canadian Securities Account Control Agreement, and any other document governed by Ontario law that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders.
Canadian Security Documents means each Canadian Security Agreement and, after the execution and delivery thereof, each Mortgage executed and delivered by any Canadian Credit Party with respect to any Real Property of such Canadian Credit Party and each other document executed and delivered by any Canadian Credit Party pursuant to which a Lien is granted (or purported to be granted) in favor of the Collateral Agent to secure the Obligations, and each document, if any, executed and delivered by any Canadian Credit Party pursuant to the Additional Account Security Actions.
Canadian Security Documents means, collectively, (a) the Canadian Guarantee, (b) the Canadian Pledge Agreements, (c) the Canadian Security Agreement, and the Canadian Hypothecs, if any, with respect to collateral located in Quebec, (d) any Mortgage or Canadian Hypothec, if applicable, over Mortgaged Property of a Canadian Subsidiary and (e) any security document entered into by a Canadian Subsidiary pursuant to Section 9.11 or 9.12.

  • Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received sufficient copies of this Agreement, the promissory notes, if any are requested, the U.S. Security Agreement, the Canadian Security Documents, the Collateral Trust Agreement and each other Credit Document to be dated as of the Closing Date, in each case as Requisite Lenders shall request, in form and substance satisfactory to Requisite Lenders, and originally executed and delivered by each applicable Credit Party and each other Person party thereto.


More Definitions of Canadian Security Documents

Canadian Security Documents means, collectively, (a) the Canadian GCA, (b) any security agreement and/or deed of hypothec executed and delivered after the Agreement Date by a Person that is or becomes a Canadian Obligor hereunder in accordance with Section 7.16, and (c) any Control Agreement or other agreements, instruments and documents heretofore, now or hereafter securing any of the Canadian Obligations.
Canadian Security Documents means the Canadian Borrower Pledge Agreement and all other security documents hereafter delivered to the Administrative Agent granting a Lien on the stock of the Canadian Borrowers or any other Canadian Subsidiary to secure the obligations and liabilities of the Canadian Borrowers hereunder and under any of the other Basic Documents.
Canadian Security Documents means (a) the Security Agreement dated as of August 3, 2011 between the Canadian Borrower and the Agent for the benefit of the Canadian Credit Parties and (b) each other security agreement or other instrument or document executed and delivered by any Canadian Loan Party to the Agent pursuant to this Agreement or any other Loan Document granting a Lien on assets of any Canadian Loan Party for the benefit of the Canadian Credit Parties, as security for the Canadian Liabilities.
Canadian Security Documents means the Canadian Pledge Agreement and, after the execution and delivery thereof, each Additional Security Documents entered into by a Canadian Credit Party.
Canadian Security Documents means the General Security Agreement, Mortgages, and the deed of hypothec charging the universality of moveable property, in each case granted by the Canadian Borrower and each other Canadian Loan Party in favor of the Canadian Agent.
Canadian Security Documents means each Canadian Security Agreement and each Additional Security Document covering assets of any Canadian Credit Party.
