Dutch Security Documents definition
Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Security Agreement and the Dutch Share Pledge Agreement and any other Security Document governed by Dutch law.
Dutch Security Documents means (a) the Foreign Pledge Agreement and (b) all other security agreements delivered pursuant to this Agreement and granted by any Dutch Loan Party and all confirmations and acknowledgements thereof, in each case relating to the grant to the Collateral Agent of a security interest in the ABL Priority Collateral owned by such Dutch Loan Party.
Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Security Agreements, and, after the execution and delivery thereof, each other document executed and delivered by any Dutch Credit Party pursuant to which a Lien is granted (or purported to be granted) in favor of the Collateral Agent to secure the Obligations, each document, if any, executed and delivered by any Dutch Credit Party pursuant to the Additional Inventory Security Actions and each document, if any, executed and delivered by any Dutch Credit Party pursuant to the Additional Account Security Actions.

For purposes of the Dutch Security Documents, any resignation by the Agent is not effective with respect to its rights under any parallel debt obligations until all rights and obligations with respect to such parallel debt obligations have been assigned to and assumed by the successor Agent.
More Definitions of Dutch Security Documents
Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Security Agreements, the Dutch Share Pledges, and each other agreement, document or instrument executed by any Loan Party governed by Dutch law which provides for a Lien in favor of the Agent as security for any of the Obligations.
Dutch Security Documents means (a) Dutch law notarial share pledges over the Equity Interests in each Foreign Subsidiary Loan Party incorporated under Dutch law (including the Dutch Borrower), (b) Dutch law pledges over all receivables owing to any of the Foreign Subsidiary Loan Parties incorporated under Dutch law (which will be notified pledges in respect of intercompany receivables, insurance receivables and bank account receivables and not notified until an Event of Default has occurred in respect of trade receivables), (c) Dutch law pledges over all stock, inventory and other tangible assets located in the Netherlands and all intellectual property rights registered in or in respect of the Netherlands and (d) any other Dutch law security document that may be entered into by any Loan Party.
Dutch Security Documents means, in relation to each applicable Dutch Loan Party (or (a) in the case of a share pledge, each shareholder of the applicable Dutch Loan Party, or (b) in case of a pledge of an Intellectual Property Asset registered in The Netherlands (or, in respect of any trademark or design, the Benelux), the Loan Party that is the holder of that Intellectual Property Asset): (i) Dutch law notarial deeds of pledge of shares over the shares in each Dutch Loan Party as well as the updated shareholders' register in which the pledge of shares has been registered; (ii) Dutch law disclosed deeds of pledge of bank accounts as well as fully executed notices to the respective account banks; (iii) Dutch law disclosed deeds of pledge of intercompany receivables as well as fully executed notices to the respective debtors; (iv) Dutch law disclosed deeds of pledge of insurance receivables as well as fully executed notices to the respective debtors; (v) Dutch law undisclosed deeds of pledge of third party receivables (other than receivables subject to any Lien interest pursuant to another Security Document); (vi) Dutch law undisclosed deeds of pledge over movable assets; (vii) Dutch law notarial deeds of mortgage over any Real Estate Assets located in The Netherlands, and (viii) Dutch law deed of pledge over any Intellectual Property Assets registered in The Netherlands (or, in respect of any trademark or design, the Benelux).
Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Pledge of Shares, the Dutch Pledge of Intragroup Loan Receivables and the Dutch Pledge of Limited Partnership Rights.
Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Security Trust Deed, Dutch Deed of Non-Possessory Pledge of Vehicles, the Dutch Deed of Pledge of Receivables, the Dutch Shares Pledge, the Dutch Second Ranking Deed of Pledge of Registered Shares, the Dutch Second Ranking Deed of Non-Possessory Pledge of Vehicles, the Dutch Second Ranking Receivables Pledge, the Dutch Third Ranking Deed of Pledge of Registered Shares, the Dutch Third Ranking Deed of Non-Possessory Pledge of Vehicles, and the Dutch Third Ranking Receivables Pledge.
Dutch Security Documents means the following, as each may be amended from time to time: (i) Omnibus Deed of Pledge; (ii) Deed of Right of Pledge on Shares; and (iii) such other security documents executed and or delivered from time to time.
Dutch Security Documents the Dutch Omnibus Pledge, the Dutch Share Pledge and any other similar agreement, instrument or document governed by the laws of any jurisdiction, including Germany, in each case now or hereafter securing (or given with the intent to secure) the U.K./Dutch Facility Obligations.
