Examples of Change of Control Redemption Amount in a sentence
If the Calculation Agent does not at any time for any reason determine or calculate the Rate of Interest for an Interest Accrual Period or any Interest Amount, Instalment Amount, Final Redemption Amount, Change of Control Redemption Amount, Early Redemption Amount or Optional Redemption Amount, the Trustee shall do so (or shall appoint an agent on its behalf to do so) and such determination or calculation shall be deemed to have been made by the Calculation Agent.
If a Change of Control Put Option is specified in the relevant Final Terms as being applicable and a Change of Control (as defined below) occurs and, during the Change of Control Period, a Rating Downgrade occurs (together, a Put Event), the holder of any such Note will have the option (the Change of Control Put Option) to require the Issuer to redeem or, at the Issuer’s option, to procure the purchase of such Notes on the Optional Redemption Date at the Change of Control Redemption Amount.
If at any time while any Note remains outstanding there occurs a Change of Control, each Noteholder will have the option (the Put Option) to require the Issuer to redeem of all or part of the Notes held by such Noteholder on the Optional Redemption Date (as defined below) at its Change of Control Redemption Amount.
Change of Control Redemption Amount means 101% principal amount of the Notes, together with accrued interest to but excluding the Optional Redemption Date.
Change of Control Redemption Amount means an amount equal to par plus interest accrued to but excluding the Optional Redemption Date.
