Nominal Amount definition

Nominal Amount means the Nominal Amount as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Nominal Amount means in respect of each Bond the Initial Nominal Amount, less the aggregate amount by which that Bond has been redeemed in part pursuant to Clause
Nominal Amount means the Initial Nominal Amount (less the aggregate amount by which each Bond has been partially redeemed, if any, pursuant to Clause 10 (Redemption and repurchase of Bonds)), or any other amount following a split of Bonds pursuant to Clause 16.2, paragraph (j).

More Definitions of Nominal Amount

Nominal Amount means the nominal value of each Bond at any time. The Nominal Amount may be amended pursuant to paragraph (j) of Clause 16.2 (The duties and authority of the Bond Trustee).
Nominal Amount means the Nominal Amount as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. "Observation Date" means each of the following Observation Dates:
