Early Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

• If 'Issuer Residual Call' is specified as being applicable in the applicable Final Terms and, at any time, other than as a result (in whole or in part) of the Issuer having redeemed some (but not all) of the Notes pursuant to Condition 7(c)(iii) at a Make-Whole Redemption Amount which is higher than the applicable Residual Call Early Redemption Amount, the outstanding aggregate nominal amount of the Notes is 20 per cent.

• Any such redemption of Notes shall be at their Early Redemption Amount (as specified in the applicable Final Terms) together with interest accrued to the date fixed for redemption.

Early Redemption Amount means an amount equal to the sum of:
