Early Redemption Amount definition

Early Redemption Amount means in respect of each Note in circumstances where such Notes are redeemed early pursuant to Conditions 7(b) or (c), the outstanding principal amount of each Note, unless otherwise specified in the Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable;
Early Redemption Amount means in respect of a redemption of the Securities following the occurrence of a Tax Event, an Accounting Event or a Capital Event, 101 per cent. of the principal amount of such Securities;
Early Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

Examples of Early Redemption Amount in a sentence

  • Where a Note the Interest Basis of which is specified to be Zero Coupon is repayable prior to the Maturity Date and is not paid when due, the amount due and payable prior to the Maturity Date shall be the Early Redemption Amount of such Note.

  • On the occurrence of an Automatic Early Redemption Event the Certificates will be automatically redeemed at their Automatic Early Redemption Amount.

  • Early Redemption Amount: (i) Early Redemption Amount(s) payable on an Event of Default (Condition 9) and/or the method of calculating the same (if required or if different from that set out in the Conditions): (ii) Unmatured Coupons to become void (Condition 7(f)): As set out in the Conditions.

  • The Early Redemption Amount payable in respect of any Note (other than Notes described in (i) above), upon redemption of such Note pursuant to Condition 6(c) or upon it becoming due and payable as provided in Condition 10, shall be the Final Redemption Amount unless otherwise specified hereon.

  • The Early Redemption Amount payable in respect of any Zero Coupon Note, the Early Redemption Amount of which is not linked to an index and/or a formula, upon redemption of such Note pursuant to Condition 6(f) or upon it becoming due and payable as provided in Condition 9 shall be the Amortised Nominal Amount (calculated as provided below) of such Note unless otherwise specified in the relevant Final Terms.


More Definitions of Early Redemption Amount

Early Redemption Amount means an amount equal to the sum of:
Early Redemption Amount has the meaning given to it in the relevant Final Terms;
Early Redemption Amount means, in relation to a Series of Securities, that portion of the Realisation Amount available for distribution to the Securityholders in accordance with the relevant Security Ranking Basis, as apportioned pro rata amongst all the Securities or as may otherwise be specified in the Issue Terms.
Early Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in the relevant Final Terms;
Early Redemption Amount means an amount (which may never be less than zero), calculated by the Calculation Agent equal to:
Early Redemption Amount means the amount payable in respect of any Note upon redemption of such Note pursuant to Condition 7.2.3, Condition 7.6 or Condition 7.9, or upon it becoming due and payable as provided in Condition 10, which shall be determined in accordance with Condition 7.5.
Early Redemption Amount means the amount at which each Note will be redeemed prior to the Maturity Date, calculated in accordance with Condition 8(g) (Early Redemption Amounts) or as otherwise specified in the Issue Memorandum.
