Subject to receipt of funds by the Paying Agent, payment for the Notes to be redeemed shall be made on the Tax Redemption Date for such Notes.
The Tax Redemption Date must be a Business Day, and the Company shall not specify a Tax Redemption Date that falls after the 30th Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding the Maturity Date.
