Final Redemption Amount definition

Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;
Final Redemption Amount means an amount per ETP Security calculated by the Determination Agent equal to the greater of:
Final Redemption Amount. An amount (if any), in respect of each Security, rounded down to the nearest cent of a Euro, equal to such Security’s pro rata share of the Cash Settlement Amount (as defined in the Swap Transaction Confirmation) received by the Issuer in its capacity as Party B (as defined in the Swap Transaction Confirmation) determined pursuant to the Swap Agreement. Examples of Final Redemption Amount in a sentence

  • Unless previously redeemed in whole as provided below, each ETP Security shall become due and payable on its Final Redemption Settlement Date at its Final Redemption Amount.

  • Unless previously redeemed or purchased and cancelled as specified below, each Note will be redeemed by the Issuer at its Final Redemption Amount specified in the applicable Final Terms in the relevant Specified Currency on the Maturity Date specified in the applicable Final Terms.

  • Unless previously redeemed or purchased and cancelled as specified below, each Note will be redeemed by the Issuer at its Final Redemption Amount specified in, or determined in the manner specified in, the applicable Final Terms in the relevant Specified Currency on the Maturity Date.

  • The determination of each Rate of Interest, Interest Amount, Final Redemption Amount and Instalment Amount, the obtaining of each quote and the making of each determination or calculation by the Calculation Agent shall (in the absence of manifest error) be final and binding upon the Issuer and the Holders and neither the Calculation Agent nor any Reference Bank shall have any liability to the Holders in respect of any determination, calculation, quote or rate made or provided by it.


More Definitions of Final Redemption Amount

Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its Outstanding Principal Amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the Conditions or the relevant Final Terms or Pricing Supplement, as applicable;

In respect of Inflation Linked Notes, the "Final Redemption Amount" means an amount different from the relevant par value as may be specified in the relevant Final Terms, provided that under no circumstances shall the Final Redemption Amount be less than the Nominal Amount of the Notes;
