Optional Redemption Amount definition

Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.
Optional Redemption Amount means an amount per ETP Security calculated by the Determination Agent equal to the greater of:
Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 100% of the aggregate Stated Value then outstanding, (b) accrued but unpaid dividends and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.

More Definitions of Optional Redemption Amount

Optional Redemption Amount means in respect of each Note in circumstances where such Note is redeemed early pursuant to Conditions 7(f) or (g), the outstanding principal amount of such Note or if otherwise provided, the amount specified in the relevant Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable.
Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (i) 100% of the principal amount of the Debenture then outstanding, (ii) accrued but unpaid interest and (iii) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.
