Optional Redemption Amount definition

Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.
Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 100% of the aggregate Stated Value then outstanding, (b) accrued but unpaid dividends and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.
Optional Redemption Amount means in respect of each Note in circumstances where such Note is redeemed early pursuant to Conditions 7(f) or (g), the outstanding principal amount of such Note or if otherwise provided, the amount specified in the relevant Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable.

Examples of Optional Redemption Amount in a sentence

The Optional Redemption Amount will be calculated by the Calculation Agent and will be an amount in Euro rounded to the nearest cent (half a cent being rounded upwards) being the greater of (x) one hundred (100) per cent.

Each Note shall be redeemed or purchased at its principal amount (the Optional Redemption Amount) together with (or where purchased, together with an amount equal to) interest accrued to (but excluding) the Optional Redemption Date.

If the Calculation Agent does not at any time for any reason determine or calculate the Rate of Interest for an Interest Accrual Period or Reset Period or any Interest Amount, Final Redemption Amount(s), Early Redemption or Optional Redemption Amount, the Trustee shall do so (or shall appoint an agent on its behalf to do so) and such determination or calculation shall be deemed to have been made by the Calculation Agent.

Each Note will be redeemed at its Optional Redemption Amount, its Early Redemption Amount or its Final Redemption Amount, as applicable.


More Definitions of Optional Redemption Amount

Optional Redemption Amount means an amount per ETP Security calculated by the Determination Agent equal to the greater of:
Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 110% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture and (b) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.
Optional Redemption Amount means the optional redemption amount specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.
Optional Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in the relevant Final Terms;
Optional Redemption Amount means, in respect of an Optional Redemption Date and each Security in respect of which the Call Option or the Put Option (as applicable) has been exercised, an amount equal to a percentage of the Nominal Amount as specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement in respect of such Optional Redemption Date.
Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a)(i) 110% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, in the event an Optional Redemption occurs prior to the twelve month anniversary of the Original Issue Date or (ii) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture in the event an Optional Redemption occurs on or after the twelve month anniversary of the Original Issue Date, (b) accrued but unpaid interest and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.
Optional Redemption Amount means the amount specified as such in (or calculated in accordance with the provisions of) the relevant Pricing Supplement as it may be adjusted, in the case of the Subordinated Notes, in accordance with Condition 5A.4.
