Special Redemption Price definition

Special Redemption Price has the meaning set forth in paragraph 4(a) of Annex I.
Special Redemption Price has the meaning set forth in the Indenture.
Special Redemption Price means (i) 107.5% of the principal amount of the Debentures being redeemed on a Redemption Date that occurs before December 18, 2006 and (ii) 100% of the principal amount of the Debentures being redeemed on a Redemption Date that occurs on December 18, 2006 or after, plus accrued and unpaid interest on such Debentures to the Redemption Date.

  • Prior to 10:00 a.m. New York City time on the Redemption Date or Special Redemption Date, as applicable, the Company will deposit with the Trustee or with one or more paying agents an amount of money sufficient to redeem on the Redemption Date or the Special Redemption Date, as applicable, all the Debentures so called for redemption at the appropriate Redemption Price or Special Redemption Price.

  • On presentation and surrender of such Debentures at a place of payment specified in said notice, such Debentures or the specified portions thereof shall be paid and redeemed by the Company at the applicable Redemption Price or Special Redemption Price.

  • In addition, the Debentures may be redeemed by the Debenture Issuer at the Special Redemption Price, in whole but not in part, at any Distribution Payment Date, upon the occurrence and continuation of a Special Event within 120 days following the occurrence of such Special Event at the Special Redemption Price, upon not less than 30 nor more than 60 days’ notice to holders of such Debentures so long as such Special Event is continuing.

Special Redemption Price means, with respect to the redemption of any Debt Security following a Special Event, an amount in cash equal to the percentage for the principal amount of the Debt Securities that is specified below for the Special Redemption Date plus unpaid interest accrued thereon to the Special Redemption Date:

Special Redemption Price means, with respect to the redemption of any Debentures following a Special Event, an amount in cash equal to 103.525% of the principal amount of Debentures to be redeemed prior to September 15, 2006 and thereafter equal to the percentage of the principal amount of the Debentures that is specified below for the Special Redemption Date plus, in each case, unpaid interest accrued thereon to the Special Redemption Date:
