Final Terms definition

Final Terms means the final terms specifying the relevant issue details of the ETP Securities.

Final Terms means the final terms issued in relation to each Tranche of Notes (substantially in the form of either Part A or Part B of Annex B to the Procedures Memorandum) as a supplement to the Prospectus and giving details of that Tranche and, in relation to any particular Tranche of Notes, applicable Final Terms means the Final Terms applicable to that Tranche;

Final Terms means, in relation to any issue of any Series of Covered Bonds, the relevant terms contained in the applicable Transaction Documents and, in case of any Series of Covered Bonds to be admitted to listing, the final terms submitted to the appropriate listing authority on or before the Issue Date of the applicable Series of Covered Bonds.

Examples of Final Terms in a sentence

• Full information on the Issuer[, the Guarantor] and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of these Final Terms and the Offering Circular.

• Payments of interest on any Interest Payment Date will, if so specified in the applicable Final Terms, amount to the Broken Amount so specified.

• No Agent shall be obliged to perform additional duties set out in any Final Terms and thereby incorporated into the Conditions unless it shall have previously agreed in writing to perform such duties.

• Where ISDA Determination is specified in the applicable Final Terms (or in the case of Exempted Notes, the Pricing Supplements) as the manner in which the Rate of Interest in respect of an issue of Floating Rate Notes is to be determined, the Conditions provide that the Rate of Interest in respect of the relevant Notes shall be determined by reference to the relevant Floating Rate Option in the 2006 ISDA Definitions.

• Each of the Issuers and the Guarantor accepts responsibility for the information contained in this Offering Circular and the Final Terms for each Tranche of Notes issued under the Programme.
