Final Terms definition

Final Terms means the final terms specifying the relevant issue details of the ETP Securities.

Final Terms means, in relation to a Tranche, the Final Terms issued specifying the relevant issue details of such Tranche, substantially in the form of Schedule C to the Dealer Agreement

Final Terms means the final terms issued in relation to each Tranche of Notes (substantially in the form of either Part A or Part B of Annex B to the Procedures Memorandum) as a supplement to the Prospectus and giving details of that Tranche and, in relation to any particular Tranche of Notes, applicable Final Terms means the Final Terms applicable to that Tranche;

Examples of Final Terms in a sentence

• Such Interest Payment Date(s) is/are either shown in the applicable Final Terms as specified Interest Payment Dates or, if no Interest Payment Date(s) is/are specified in the applicable Final Terms, Interest Payment Date shall mean each date which falls the number of months or other period shown in the applicable Final Terms as the specified Interest Period after the preceding Interest Payment Date or, in the case of the first Interest Payment Date, after the Interest Commencement Date.

• In the event of any inconsistency between these Conditions and the relevant Final Terms, the relevant Final Terms shall prevail.

• Any such redemption must be of a nominal amount not less than the Minimum Redemption Amount and/or not greater than the Maximum Redemption Amount, both as indicated in the applicable Final Terms.

• The terms and conditions applicable to any particular Tranche of Notes are these Conditions as completed by the relevant Final Terms.

• All subsequent references in these Conditions to “Notes” are to the Notes which are the subject of the relevant Final Terms.

More Definitions of Final Terms

Final Terms has the meaning set out in the Programme Agreement;

Final Terms means the final terms issued specifying the relevant issue details of the ETC Securities, in the form set out in the Issue Deed relating to such ETC Securities or such other form as may be agreed between the Issuer and the Arranger.

Final Terms means, in relation to any issue of any Series of Covered Bonds, the relevant terms contained in the applicable Transaction Documents and, in case of any Series of Covered Bonds to be admitted to listing, the final terms submitted to the appropriate listing authority on or before the Issue Date of the applicable Series of Covered Bonds.

Final Terms means the document containing the specific terms relating to the Securities;

Final Terms means the final terms issued in relation to a Series or Tranche of Covered Bonds in, or substantially in, (i) the form of Part I of Schedule 6 hereto, for use in connection with the Base Prospectus, which constitutes final terms for the purposes of Article 5.4 of the Prospectus Directive, (ii) the form of Part II of Schedule 6 hereto, for use in connection with any Series of N Covered Bonds, (iii) the form of a Pricing Supplement, or (iv) such other form as may be agreed between the Issuer, the Guarantor and the Relevant Dealers for use other than in connection with the Base Prospectus in respect of any Series of Covered Bonds (other than N Covered Bonds);

Final Terms means the final terms, or in the case of U.S. Registered Covered Bonds the prospectus supplement, relating to each Tranche (or, in the case of a Series of N Covered Bonds, such Series) of Covered Bonds giving details of that Tranche (which with respect to Covered Bonds to be admitted to the Official List and admitted to trading by the London Stock Exchange, will be delivered to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange on or before the date of issue of the applicable Tranche of Covered Bonds) and in the case of any N Covered Bond means the Conditions applicable thereto and, in relation to any particular Tranche of Covered Bonds (or, in the case of a Series of N Covered Bonds, such Series), “applicable Final Terms” means the Final Terms applicable to that Tranche (or Series, as the case may be) and, unless the context requires otherwise, any reference to Final Terms or applicable Final Terms shall include a reference to Pricing Supplement and applicable Pricing Supplement, respectively, and to Drawdown Prospectus and applicable Drawdown Prospectus, respectively, as applicable, and provided further, that any reference to “applicable Final Terms” in respect of information to be contained therein relating to Eurosystem eligibility for a Eurosystem-eligible NGCB, shall include any notification delivered by the Issuer or the Issuing and Paying Agent on its behalf to Euroclear and/or Clearstream as part of the issuance of such NGCB;

Final Terms means, in relation to a Tranche, the final terms document substantially in the form set out in the Prospectus which will be completed at or around the time of the agreement to issue each Tranche of Instruments and which will constitute final terms for the purposes of Article 5.4 of the Prospectus Directive.
