Final Terms definition

Final Terms means the final terms specifying the relevant issue details of the ETP Securities.
Final Terms means the final terms issued in relation to each Tranche of Notes (substantially in the form of either Part A or Part B of Annex B to the Procedures Memorandum) as a supplement to the Prospectus and giving details of that Tranche and, in relation to any particular Tranche of Notes, applicable Final Terms means the Final Terms applicable to that Tranche;
Final Terms means, in relation to a Tranche, the Final Terms issued specifying the relevant issue details of such Tranche, substantially in the form of Schedule C to the Dealer Agreement

  • The Issuer hereby certifies that the person whose name is entered in the Register is the registered holder of the aggregate Nominal Amount of a duly authorised issue of Notes of the Issuer (the Notes) of the Nominal Amount, Specified Currency and Specified Denomination(s) specified in the Final Terms applicable to the Notes (the Final Terms), a copy of which is annexed hereto.

  • Persons into whose hands the Prospectus or any Final Terms comes are required by the Issuer, the Guarantor, the Dealers and the Bond Trustee to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in each country or jurisdiction in or from which they purchase, offer, sell or deliver Covered Bonds or have in their possession or distribute such offering material, in all cases at their own expense.

  • This document constitutes the Final Terms of the Covered Bonds described herein [for the purposes of Article 5.4 of the Prospectus Directive as implemented in the United Kingdom] and must be read in conjunction with such Prospectus.


More Definitions of Final Terms

Final Terms means, in relation to any issue of any Series of Covered Bonds, the relevant terms contained in the applicable Transaction Documents and, in case of any Series of Covered Bonds to be admitted to listing, the final terms submitted to the appropriate listing authority on or before the Issue Date of the applicable Series of Covered Bonds.
Final Terms has the meaning set out in the Programme Agreement;
Final Terms means the final terms issued specifying the relevant issue details of the ETC Securities, in the form set out in the Issue Deed relating to such ETC Securities or such other form as may be agreed between the Issuer and the Arranger.
Final Terms means the document containing the specific terms relating to the Securities;
Final Terms means in relation to any Tranche, a final terms supplement specifying the relevant issue details of such Tranche, substantially in the form of Schedule C to the Distribution Agreement;

Final Terms means, in relation to a Series or Tranche of Notes, the final terms of that Series or Tranche of Notes.
