Caregivers definition

Caregivers means adoptive parents and their partners, foster parents and their partners, and grandparents and their partners, who are now or have in the past been the primary caregiver for a child, youth, or adolescent with a mental health challenge who accessed mental health services.
Caregivers means the Student’s parents or legal guardian, or where the Student has only one parent or legal guardian, that parent or legal guardian.
Caregivers means a spouse, relative, or friend who has primary responsibility for the care or supervision of an adult with a func- tional disability without receiving direct, public or private payment for the caregiver services they provide.

Caregivers means a primary or secondary parent, spouse, or relative who is responsible for the care of an infant or child 0-18 years of age.
