Capital Account Record Date and "Income Account Record Date" shall mean the "Record Dates" set forth in the "Essential Information" in the Prospectus.

Capital Account Record Date means December 10, 1998 and annually thereafter and the term "Income Account Record Date" shall mean July 10, 1998 and monthly thereafter; provided, however, that with respect to a distribution required by Section 2.02(b), the Record Date shall be the last business day of the month during which the contract to purchase the Security fails.
