Any Liquidation Amount not paid on the due date shall be treated as an unpaid amount and bear interest, at the rate as reasonably determined by HYCM to be the cost of funding such overdue amount.
If the Liquidation Amount determined pursuant to Clause 16.3 is a positive amount, the Client shall pay it to HYCM and if it is a negative amount, HYCM shall pay it to the Client.
The Liquidation Amount shall be paid in the Base Currency by the close of business on the Business Day following the completion of the termination and liquidation under Clause 16.3 (converted as required into any other Currency, any costs of such conversion to be borne by the Client, and (if applicable) deducted from any payment to the Client).
HYCM shall notify the Client of the Liquidation Amount, and by whom it is payable, immediately after the calculation of such amount.
