Shareholders with Ordinary Shares registered in their names at the close of business on the Relevant Record Date may elect to receive their entitlement to the Relevant Quarterly Interim Dividend (the “Full Cash Dividend”) in the form of Scrip Shares credited as fully paid at the Relevant Quarterly Scrip Share Reference Price per Ordinary Share, instead of in cash.
