Office of the Trustee definition

Office of the Trustee means the office of the Trustee for the delivery of notices and other documents, as specified pursuant to Article 16.
Office of the Trustee means the principal corporate trust office of the Trustee in Los Angeles, California, or such other office as may be specified to the Authority and the City by the Trustee in writing, except that with respect to presentation of Bonds for payment or for registration of transfer and exchange such term shall mean the office or the agency of the Trustee at which, at any particular time, its corporate trust agency shall be conducted as specified to the Authority and the City by the Trustee in writing.
Office of the Trustee means the applicable office of the Trustee at the address set forth in Section 15.1, or at such other place or places as may be designated by the Trustee from time to time.

Office of the Trustee means the designated corporate trust office or offices of the Trustee, which office or offices at the date of acceptance by the Trustee of the duties and obligations imposed on the Trustee by this Indenture are set out in Section 11.04.
