Fractional Undivided Interest definition

Fractional Undivided Interest means the fractional undivided interest in a Trust that is represented by a Certificate relating to such Trust.
Fractional Undivided Interest. With respect to any Class of Certificates (other than the Class XP Certificates), the fractional undivided interest evidenced by any Certificate of such Class the numerator of which is the Current Principal Amount of such Certificate and the denominator of which is the Current Principal Amount of such Class. With respect to the Class XP Certificates, the percentage interest stated thereon. With respect to the Certificates in the aggregate, the fractional undivided interest evidenced by (i) the Residual Certificates will be deemed to equal 1.0% and (ii) a Certificate of any other Class will be deemed to equal 99.0% multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the Current Principal Amount of such Certificate and the denominator of which is the aggregate Current Principal Amount of all the Certificates of such Class. Fractional Undivided Interest. With respect to any Class of Certificates (other than the Residual Certificates), the fractional undivided interest evidenced by any Certificate of such Class, the numerator of which is the Current Principal Amount of such Certificate and the denominator of which is the Current Principal Amount of such Class. Fractional Undivided Interest means a fractional undivided interest, which, with respect to any Investor Certificate, can be expressed as a percentage of the interest in the Trust Assets represented by the Series or Class in which it was issued by taking the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the principal amount of such Investor Certificate and the denominator of which is the aggregate principal amount of all Investor Certificates of such Series or Class.
