Distribution Record Date definition

Distribution Record Date means the Confirmation Date.
Distribution Record Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 5(a).
Distribution Record Date means the record date for purposes of making distributions under the Plan on account of Allowed Claims, which date shall be the Confirmation Date.

  • If a Claim is transferred twenty (20) or fewer days before the Distribution Record Date, the Disbursing Agent shall make distributions to the transferee only to the extent practical and, in any event, only if the relevant transfer form contains an unconditional and explicit certification and waiver of any objection to the transfer by the transferor.

  • The Debtor or the Reorganized Debtor, as applicable, shall have no obligation to recognize any transfer, sale or assignment of Claims occurring after the close of business on the Distribution Record Date.

More Definitions of Distribution Record Date

Distribution Record Date means the date for determining which Holders of Claims are eligible to receive distributions under this Plan, which date shall be the Effective Date.
