Capital Account Distribution Date means December 25, 1998, and annually thereafter. (2) The term "Income Account Distribution Date" shall mean July 25, 1998 and monthly thereafter, except that the Trustee may declare a Record Date of December 31 in any year for a Distribution Date of January 20 of the following year, if required for compliance with the rules and regulations governing regulated investment companies.
