Interest Record Date definition

Interest Record Date for the interest payable on any Interest Payment Date (except a date for payment of defaulted interest) means the April 15 or October 15 (whether or not a Business Day), as the case may be, immediately preceding such Interest Payment Date.
Interest Record Date with respect to any Interest Payment Date, shall mean the June 1 or December 1 (whether or not such day is a Business Day) immediately preceding the applicable June 15 or December 15 Interest Payment Date, respectively.
Interest Record Date has the following meaning with respect to an Interest Payment Date: (A) if such Interest Payment Date occurs on May 15, the immediately preceding May 1; and (B) if such Interest Payment Date occurs on November 15, the immediately preceding November 1.

Examples of Interest Record Date in a sentence

  • All accrued but unpaid interest on, and any Additional Distributions payable pursuant to Section 2.05(b) with respect to, each Debenture on the Interest Payment Date that coincides with the Stated Maturity shall be paid to the holder of such Debenture as of the close of business on the immediately preceding Interest Record Date.
