Building Safety definition

Building Safety the HMGR requests that you and your guests respect our carousel and building by not smoking, not using candles or other potential fire hazard sources within the building and by not bringing any balloons into the building. Smoking is allowed outside the building. Safe disposal receptacles are provided.

  • It is agreed that employees will have a representative on any departmental or Building Safety Committee where members of the bargaining unit are employed.

  • All plan review fees (except for plan reviews done by the Division of Building Safety), construction and building permits, licenses and authorizations necessary for the construction of the Project shall be secured on behalf of Owner and paid for by Design/Builder, except as specified in this Agreement.

  • In accordance with Section 704.9 of the Centre Region Rental Housing & Building Safety Code, 2023 Edition, at the beginning of each lease period and at least annually thereafter, the person in charge shall provide all tenants on the lease with a signed Certification that all fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and carbon monoxide detectors, where required, are in working condition.

  • Employees who submit a safety concern in writing to the Building Safety committee shall receive information about action taken by the committee, as recorded in the minutes of the committee meeting.
