Each of the Syndication Agent, Co-Lead Arrangers, Joint Book Runners and Co-Documentation Agents (each a “Titled Agent”) in each such respective capacity, assumes no responsibility or obligation hereunder, including, without limitation, for servicing, enforcement or collection of any of the Loans, nor any duties as an agent hereunder for the Lenders.
All fees payable by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, the Book Runners and any Lender on or prior to the Closing Date pursuant to this Agreement or pursuant to the Fee Letters shall have been paid in full, in each case in the amounts and on the dates set forth herein or therein.
