Basic Subscription definition

Basic Subscription means a Subscription which is necessary for use of the Service.
Basic Subscription means the right of Eligible Rights Holders to subscribe for and purchase Common Shares through the exercise of Rights at the rate of one Common Share for each Right held.

More Definitions of Basic Subscription

Basic Subscription means your Basic member subscription in relation to the Services, as further described here and amended from time to time.
