Subscription Price definition

Subscription Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Examples of Subscription Price in a sentence

• In case no subscription is received in the Initial Offering Period, the Initial Subscription Price shall remain the same until a first subscription in the relevant Class of Shares is received.

• Thereafter, the withdrawal will be given effect only to the extent necessary to satisfy the subscription (to the extent it can be filled) at the Subscription Price per share.

• Payment of the Subscription Price will be held in a segregated account to be maintained by the Subscription Agent.

• Alternatively, subscribers in the Subscription and Community Offerings may pay for the shares for which they have subscribed by authorizing the Bank on the Order Form to make a withdrawal from the designated types of Deposit Accounts at the Bank in an amount equal to the aggregate Subscription Price of such shares.

• Concurrent with the execution hereof, the Purchaser authorizes North Capital Private Securities Corporation, a Delaware corporation and a registered broker-dealer, member FINRA and SIPC, as escrow agent for the Company (the “Escrow Agent”), to request the Subscription Price from the Purchaser’s bank (details of which are set out in the “Payment Details” section above).

More Definitions of Subscription Price

Subscription Price shall have the meaning ascribed to such term on the face page of this Subscription Agreement.

Subscription Price means, in respect of each Share applied for, the cost to the investor of each Share based on the Net Asset Value per Share adjusted for any Duties and Charges, each calculated as at the Valuation Day related to the Dealing Day upon which such Share is to be issued.
