Examples of Initial Subscription Term in a sentence
The Initial Subscription Term will automatically renew for consecutive renewal terms equal to one (1) year (each, a “Renewal Subscription Term” and, together with the Initial Subscription Term, the “Subscription Term”), unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal to the other party at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the then-current Initial Subscription Term or Renewal Subscription Term.
The Initial Subscription Term is the term in calendar months specified on the Order Form or, if none is specified on the Order Form – 12 calendar months from the Commencement Date.
Your Subscription continues for the Initial Subscription Term and unless otherwise stated in the Order, the Initial Subscription Term of each Order is thirty-six (36) months.
This agreement does not auto-renew and the “Subscription Term” of this agreement shall comprise only the Initial Subscription Term and any period of extension agreed in writing signed by the parties.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Customer shall not terminate the Agreement or a Subscription Service without cause during the Initial Subscription Term of any Subscription Service.
