Subscription Receipts means the subscription receipts of the Corporation issued to the Investor pursuant to the Master Purchase Agreement and Subscription Receipt Agreement;
Subscription Receipts means the subscription receipts created and issued pursuant to Section 2.1(1) hereof and authorized for issue hereunder and that have not at the particular time expired, been purchased by the Corporation, or otherwise becomes null, void and of no further force or effect in accordance with the terms hereof;
