Common Shares definition

Common Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Company;
Common Shares means the common shares of the Company, no par value per share, and any other class of securities into which such securities may hereafter be reclassified or changed.
Common Shares when used with reference to the Company shall mean the shares of common stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Company. "Common Shares" when used with reference to any Person other than the Company shall mean the capital stock (or equity interest) with the greatest voting power of such other Person or, if such other Person is a Subsidiary of another Person, the Person or Persons which ultimately control such first-mentioned Person.

  • The Company shall file, to the extent required, (i) with the Nasdaq a Supplemental Listing Application for the listing of the Common Shares and the Warrant shares as contemplated in this Agreement, and (ii) with the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange an application for the listing of the Common Shares and the Warrant Shares as contemplated in this Agreement.

  • In addition, each and every reference to share prices and Common Shares in any Transaction Document shall be subject to adjustment for reverse and forward share splits, share dividends, share combinations and other similar transactions of the Common Shares that occur after the date of this Agreement.

  • Except as disclosed in the SEC Reports, there is no action pending by the Company or, to the Company’s knowledge, the Trading Market to delist the Common Shares from the Trading Market, nor has the Company received any notification that the Trading Market is currently contemplating terminating such listing, except as otherwise disclosed in the SEC Reports.
