Employment Law definition

Employment Law means any provision of this Act or any of the following Acts:
Employment Law means and includes all European Community, national or local laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidance notes and the like issued by statutory bodies or FISA in the United Kingdom each as in existence or formally proposed at the date hereof and any statute, regulation, statutory instrument or legislative provision which amends, extends, consolidates or replaces the same from time to time (or shall have done so) and any other regulation, statutory instrument or other subordinate legislation made hereunder or pursuant thereto concerning the health, safety, training and competence of any person engaged in work on forest land and/or to do with a tree or roundwood directly derived from a tree on forest land which are applicable either directly or indirectly to the Your business and judicial or administrative interpretation of each of the foregoing;
Employment Law means any law regarding the employment of employees including any act, regulation or industrial instrument (including awards and enterprise agreements) whether State or Federal, dealing with the entitlements, terms and conditions of employment and/or income taxation of employees, including but not limited to income tax legislation, superannuation legislation, industrial relations or workplace relations legislation (including but not limited to the Fair Work Xxx 0000 (Cth), long service leave legislation and workers' compensation legislation).

Employment Law means all and any laws, common law, statutes, directives, recommendations, regulations, notices, codes of practice, guidance notes, judgments, decrees or orders, whether of the European Community or the United Kingdom or any other relevant jurisdiction, relating to or connected with the employment of employees and workers and/or their health and safety at work;
Employment Law means the Employment (Jersey) Law 20032; “facilities” includes –
Employment Law means any federal, state or local statutes, "laws> ordinances or regulations having the force of law and in effect during the Class Period (including without limitation, Title VII, Section 1981, Section 1985(3) or the Civil Rights Act of 1991) prohibiting discrimination or retaliation on the basis of race with respect to one's employment.
Employment Law means and includes all European Union law (as are applicable at the date of and during the course of the Contract), national or local laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidance notes and the like issued by statutory bodies or FISA in the United Kingdom each as in existence or formally proposed at the date hereof and any statute, regulation, statutory instrument or legislative provision which amends, extends, consolidates or replaces the same from time to time (or shall have done so) and any other regulation, statutory instrument or other subordinate legislation made hereunder or pursuant thereto concerning the health, safety, training and competence of any person engaged in work on forest land and/or to do with Forest Products on forest land which are applicable either directly or indirectly to the Your business and judicial or administrative interpretation of each of the foregoing.
Employment Law means any Law related to the rights and obligations of employers and employees, including those arising under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act, the WARN Act, ERISA, the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and any other Law prohibiting age, race, color, gender, creed, religion, sexual preference/orientation, marital status, national origin, mental or physical disability, veteran status, or any other form of unlawful discrimination.
Employment Law means all applicable federal, state and local Laws (including common law) relating to employment, employment practices, wage payment, health or safety.
