If Licensee purchases a Subscription License, subject to Licensee’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this ▇▇▇▇, Licensee may Use the Software covered by the Subscription (the “Subscription Software”) for the term of the Subscription set forth in the Order and subject to the Subscription Usage Limits set forth in the Order until the Subscription expires or is otherwise terminated.
In the event that Licensee provides a credit card in connection with any purchase or renewal of a Subscription License, Licensee hereby represent that Licensee has the authority to use such credit card and hereby agrees to provide valid and current credit card information.
Annual Subscription License: As part of your choosing annual subscription license, Zoho grants you a fee-bearing, nonexclusive, non-transferable, world-wide license to Use the Licensed Software including user documentation, updates and upgrades to which you are entitled as well as any plug-ins provided to you during the period of your subscription, provided that such access and Use of the Licensed Software is in accordance with the Single Installation License granted by Zoho.
For Online Services, the duration of the Subscription License starts at the time of Product activation and not the time of order and the Subscription License will remain subject to the terms of this agreement and the applicable Use Rights notwithstanding the termination or expiration of this agreement.
Any License ordered under this Enrollment is a Subscription License, even if it is otherwise designated on the purchase order.
