Subscription Accounting definition

Subscription Accounting means an accounting of all subscriptions for Shares received and accepted by Broker as of the date of such accounting, indicating for each subscription the Subscriber’s name, social security number and address, the number and total purchase price of subscribed Securities, the date of receipt by Broker of the Cash Investment Instrument, and notations of any nonpayment of the Cash Investment Instrument submitted with such subscription, any withdrawal of such subscription by the Subscriber, any rejection of such subscription by Broker, or other termination, for whatever reason, of such subscription.
Subscription Accounting means an accounting of all subscriptions for Securities received and accepted by Issuer Party as of the date of such accounting, indicating for each subscription Subscriber’s name and address, the number and total purchase price of subscribed Securities, the date of receipt by Issuer of the Cash Investment Instrument and notations of any nonpayment of the Cash Investment Instrument submitted with such subscription, any withdrawal of such subscription by Subscriber, any rejection of such subscription by Issuer Party or other termination, for whatever reason, of such subscription.
Subscription Accounting means an accounting of all subscriptions for Shares received and accepted Selling Security Holders as of the date of such accounting, indicating for each subscription the Subscriber's name, social security number and address, the number and total purchase price of subscribed Shares, the date of receipt by Selling Security Holders of the Cash Investment Instrument, and notations of any nonpayment of the Cash Investment Instrument submitted with such subscription, any withdrawal of such subscription by the Subscriber, any rejection of such subscription by Selling Security Holders, or other termination, for whatever reason, of such subscription.

Subscription Accounting means an accounting prepared by the Company of all Subscriptions for Units received by the Company as of the date of such accounting for which Payment(s) has been deposited into the Escrow Account, indicating for each Subscription (i) the Subscriber’s name, address and federal taxpayer identification number, (ii) the amount of the Payment(s) received for the subscribed Units, (iii) the date of deposit by the Company of the Payment Instrument relating thereto and notations of any nonpayment of the Payment Instrument submitted with any such Subscription, and (iv) any rejection of any such Subscription in whole or in part by the Company, or any other termination, for whatever reason, of any such Subscription.
