Annual Subscription definition

Annual Subscription means the subscription paid by a member in accordance with the Registered Clubs Act and being paid either annually or otherwise.

Annual Subscription means a Cloud Service Subscription where Customer has purchased the right to use Resources on a per- month basis during the applicable 12 month period (or portion thereof as set forth in the Order Form) of the Subscription.

Annual Subscription means the annual membership fee as determined by the Annual Conference under rule 5.17(a) from time to time.

• It is acknowledged and accepted by the Buyer that whether purchased in the form of Bundles or Annual Subscription, all unselected reports will be deemed cancelled and lost after a period of 12 month following acceptance of the corresponding order by the Seller in accordance with provisions of Article 1.3 above .

More Definitions of Annual Subscription

Annual Subscription means the amount a member, other than an Honorary, Honorary Life, Life Subscription, Reciprocal or Temporary member shall be required to pay to maintain his or her membership of the Club.
