No additional amount shall be payable to any Authorised Participant (or any Securityholder acquiring ETC Securities from, or selling ETC Securities to, an Authorised Participant) in connection with the postponement of the Subscription Trade Date or Buy-Back Trade Date, as applicable.
For the avoidance of doubt the TER Metal shall, in respect of each ETC Security that has been issued since the previous TER Metal Sale Notice, include any Metal representing the reduction in the Metal Entitlement for each such ETC Security accrued between such ETC Security’s Subscription Trade Date and its Issue Date.
