Subscription Trade Date definition

Subscription Trade Date means, subject to Condition 9.2, a Valuation Date on which a Subscription Order is determined to be valid and accepted by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.
Subscription Trade Date means a Business Day on which a Subscription Order is submitted by the Authorised Participant by the relevant cut-off time and determined to be valid and accepted and processed by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the relevant Authorised Participant Agreement.

  • No additional amount shall be payable to any Authorised Participant (or any Securityholder acquiring ETC Securities from, or selling ETC Securities to, an Authorised Participant) in connection with the postponement of the Subscription Trade Date or Buy-Back Trade Date, as applicable.
