Bank Products Documents definition

Bank Products Documents means all agreements entered into from time to time by the Borrower Parties in connection with any of the Bank Products and shall include the Lender Hedge Agreements.

Bank Products Documents shall have the meaning provided in the ABL Credit Agreement as in effect on the date hereof.
Bank Products Documents means any instrument or agreement now or hereafter executed and delivered in connection with any (i) any Cash Management Services provided by the ABL Agent, any ABL Lender or any of their respective Affiliates to any member of the Borrower Affiliated Group (as defined in the Original ABL Credit Agreement), and (ii) any Bank Product provided by the ABL Agent, any ABL Lender or any of their respective Affiliates to any member of the Borrower Affiliated Group (as defined in the Original ABL Credit Agreement), each as amended and in effect from time to time.
Bank Products Documents shall have the meaning provided in the ABL Credit Agreement as in effect on the date hereof. “Bankruptcy Code” means Title 11 of the United States Code, as amended. “Borrower” shall mean any of the ABL Borrowers and the First Lien Notes Issuer. [ “Canadian Collateral” means all assets of Canadian Subsidiaries of the Parent Borrower.] [“Canadian Subsidiary” shall mean “Canadian Loan Party”, as defined in the Original ABL Credit Agreement.] “Capital Stock” shall mean: (1) in the case of a corporation, corporate stock or shares; (2) in the case of an association or business entity, any and all shares, interests, participations, rights or other equivalents (however designated) of corporate stock; (3) in the case of a partnership or limited liability company, partnership or membership interests (whether general or limited); and (4) any other interest or participation that confers on a Person the right to receive a share of the profits and losses of, or distributions of assets of, the issuing Person. “Cash Collateral” shall mean any Collateral consisting of Money or Cash Equivalents, Deposit Accounts, Instruments, any Security Entitlement and any Financial Assets. “Cash Equivalents” shall mean (a) U.S. dollars, pounds sterling, euros, Canadian dollars, the national currency of any member state in the European Union or such other local currencies held by the
Bank Products Documents means all agreements entered into from time to time by the Credit Parties in connection with any of the Bank Products. “Bank Products Obligations” means any debts, liabilities and obligations as existing from time to time of any Credit Party arising from or in connectionwith any Bank Products under any Bank Product Document and, if Agent or any Lender ceases to be Agent or a Lender, as applicable, any debts, liabilitiesand obligations as existing from time to time of any Credit Party to Agent or such Lender, as applicable, arising from or in connection with any Bank Product Documents entered into at a time when Agent was Agent or such Lender was a Lender, as applicable.
Bank Products Documents means all agreements entered into from time to time by the Borrower Parties in connection with any of the BankProducts and shall include the Lender Hedge Agreements and the Lender Commodity Hedge Agreements.

  • Bank Products Provider means any Lender or Affiliate of a Lender that provides Bank Products to the Borrower, any Restricted Subsidiary or any Guarantor.

  • Secured Hedging Obligations means all Hedging Obligations owing by the U.S. Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to the Agent, a Joint Lead Arranger or a co-arranger or any Affiliate of any of the foregoing or a Person that was a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender on the Closing Date or at the time the Hedge Agreement giving rise to such Hedging Obligations was entered into.
