Original ABL Credit Agreement means that certain Credit Agreement dated as of the date hereof by and among the ABL Borrowers, Holdings, UBS AG, Stamford Branch, as administrative agent, the ABL Credit Agreement Lenders and the ABL Agent, as amended, restated, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time.
