DIP Loan Documents definition

DIP Loan Documents means, collectively, the DIP Credit Agreement and all other agreements, documents, and instruments delivered or entered into in connection therewith, including any guarantee agreements, pledge and collateral agreements, intercreditor agreements, subordination agreements, fee letters, and other security documents.

DIP Loan Documents means the DIP Facility Agreement and any amendments, modifications, supplements thereto, as well as any related notes, certificates, agreements, security agreements, documents and instruments (including any amendments, restatements, supplements, or modifications of any of the foregoing) related to or executed in connection with the DIP Credit Agreement.

DIP Loan Documents means the DIP Credit Agreement and all other Loan Documents (as defined in the DIP Credit Agreement).

Examples of DIP Loan Documents in a sentence

• All terms not specifically defined in the DIP Loan Documents shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in Article 8 or 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, as applicable.

• In the event that there are multiple bids at the same price (the “ Tied Price”), to the extent there is a shortfall of available Carbon Emissions Allowances, these shall be allocated to one of the Auction Participants who bid at the Tied Price in accordance with a ra ndom selection according to an algorithm determined by the Exchange prior to the Auction.

More Definitions of DIP Loan Documents

DIP Loan Documents means, collectively, the DIP Credit Agreement and the DIP Security Document.

DIP Loan Documents means the DIP Loan Agreement (as defined in the DIP Order) and any agreements, documents or instruments executed or delivered in connection with the DIP Loan and the financing contemplated by the DIP Order, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time.

DIP Loan Documents means this Agreement, the Collateral Documents, the Promissory Notes, the Orders, the Subordinated Intercompany Note, the Commitment Letter and any other instrument or agreement (which is designated as a DIP Loan Document therein) executed and delivered by any Loan Party to the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent or any DIP Lender, in each case, as the same may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented, extended or amended and restated from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

DIP Loan Documents means this Agreement, the DIP Financing Orders, and any other documents, instruments, or agreements delivered as documentation of, security for, or collateral for, or a guaranty of, the DIP Loan, or in connection with, or as support for, any of the foregoing, whether by any of the Borrowers or a Third Party, and any updates or renewals thereof.
