Canadian Collateral definition

Canadian Collateral means all of the Canadian Obligorspersonal property from time to time subject to the Agent’s Liens securing payment or performance of any Canadian Obligations pursuant to the Canadian Security Documents, other than Excluded Assets (as defined in the Canadian Security Agreement); provided that the term “Canadian Collateral” shall not include U.S. Collateral.
Canadian Collateral means any and all property of any Canadian Loan Party subject (or purported to be subject) to a Lien under any Collateral Document and any and all other property of any Canadian Loan Party, now existing or hereafter acquired, that is or becomes subject (or purported to be subject) to a Lien pursuant to any Collateral Document, in each case, to secure the Canadian Secured Obligations.
Canadian Collateral means Collateral consisting of assets or interests in assets of the Loan Parties located in Canada, and the proceeds thereof.
