Secured Hedge Obligations definition

Secured Hedge Obligations means Obligations under Secured Hedge Agreements.
Secured Hedge Obligations means the obligations of any Loan Party arising under any Secured Hedge Agreement.
Secured Hedge Obligations means any Permitted Hedge Obligations of the Borrower or any Subsidiary owing to any one or more of the (present and future) Secured Hedge Providers, and includes the due performance and compliance by the Borrower or any Subsidiary with all the terms, conditions and agreements contained in the Secured Hedge Agreement pertaining thereto.

Secured Hedge Obligations means the Indebtedness under Interest Rate Protection Agreements that is secured by a Security in the Collateral pursuant to the Security Documents.

Secured Hedge Obligations means the due and punctual payment and performance of all obligations of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries under each Secured Hedge Agreement; provided that the Secured Hedge Obligations shall exclude any Excluded Swap Obligations.
