Cash Management Obligations definition

Cash Management Obligations means obligations owed by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to any Lender or any Affiliate of a Lender in respect of any overdraft and related liabilities arising from treasury, depository and cash management services or any automated clearing house transfers of funds.
Cash Management Obligations means (a) obligations in respect of any treasury management services, overdraft and related liabilities arising from treasury, depository, cash pooling arrangements and cash management services or any automated clearing house transfers of funds and (b) other obligations in respect of netting services, employee credit, commercial credit card, debit card, stored value card or purchase card programs and similar arrangements.
Cash Management Obligations means obligations owed by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to any Cash Management Bank in connection with, or in respect of, any Cash Management Services.

  • If the provider of any Swap Agreement Obligations or Cash Management Obligations fails to deliver the calculation of such Secured Obligations within five days following request thereof by the Administrative Agent, then the Administrative Agent may assume the amount of such Secured Obligations are zero.

  • The Administrative Agent shall not be required to verify the payment of, or that other satisfactory arrangements have been made with respect to, Cash Management Obligations and Swap Agreement Obligations.

Cash Management Obligations means, with respect to any Person, all obligations of such Person in respect of overdrafts and related liabilities owed to any other Person that arise from treasury, depositary or cash management services, including in connection with any automated clearing house transfers of funds, or any similar transactions.
