Cash Management Obligations definition

Cash Management Obligations means obligations owed by the Company or any Subsidiary to any Lender or a Cash Management Bank in respect of (1) any overdraft and related liabilities arising from treasury, depository and cash management services or any automated clearing house transfers of funds and (2) the Company’s or any Subsidiary’s participation in commercial (or purchasing) card programs at the Lender or any Affiliate (“card obligations”).
Cash Management Obligations means obligations owed by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to any Cash Management Bank in connection with, or in respect of, any Cash Management Services.
Cash Management Obligations means (a) obligations in respect of any treasury management services, overdraft and related liabilities arising from treasury, depository, cash pooling arrangements and cash management services or any automated clearing house transfers of funds and (b) other obligations in respect of netting services, employee credit, commercial credit card, debit card, stored value card or purchase card programs and similar arrangements.
