Within ten (10) Business Days of such notice, the Seller shall take all actions necessary to cause such Bonded Cash Collateral to be released to the Buyer (or one of its Affiliates), including by replacing such Bonded Cash Collateral with cash to be deposited by the Seller (or one of its Affiliates).
