Contract Obligations definition

Contract Obligations means all contractual obligations of a Pledgor under the Call Option Agreement and Proxy Agreement; all contractual obligations of a Target Company under the Exclusive Service Agreement, Call Option Agreement, Proxy Agreement; and all contractual obligations of a Pledgor under this Agreement.
Contract Obligations means the obligations of the Pledgor to repay the Loan (as defined in the Loan Agreement) under the Loan Agreement, all contractual obligations of the Pledgor under the Voting Trust Agreement, all contractual obligations of the Pledgor under the Purchase Option Agreement, all contractual obligations of the Pledgor under the Operating Agreement and all contractual obligations of the Pledgor under this Agreement.
