ABL Agent definition
ABL Agent means Bank of America, N.A., acting in its capacity as collateral agent under the ABL Credit Facility, or any successor thereto in such capacity.
ABL Agent means the Initial ABL Agent and any successor or other agent under any ABL Credit Agreement.
ABL Agent shall have the meaning assigned to that term in the introduction to this Agreement and shall include any successor thereto as well as any Person designated as the “Agent” or “Administrative Agent” under any ABL Credit Agreement.
