As of the Closing Date, the Company and its Subsidiaries have no Indebtedness arising from the borrowing of any money, except for Indebtedness (a) to the Lenders under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, (b) outstanding on the date of this Agreement pursuant to any lease, loan or credit facility fully and accurately described in Schedule 6.2 to this Agreement, (c) incurred with the prior written consent of the Agent, (d) under the ABL Loan Documents and (e) owing to the Company or a Subsidiary.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company and its Subsidiaries may not amend or modify the ABL Loan Documents if such amendment or modification is prohibited by the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement.

More Definitions of ABL Loan Documents

ABL Loan Documents means collectively (a) the ABL Credit Agreement and (b) the security documents, intercreditor agreements, including the ABL/Term Loan Intercreditor Agreement, guarantees, joinders and other agreements or instruments executed in connection with the ABL Credit Agreement or such other agreements in each case as amended, modified, supplemented, substituted, replaced, restated or refinanced in whole or in part from time to time including in connection with a Permitted Refinancing of the ABL Credit Agreement.

ABL Loan Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement and the other “Loan Documents” (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement), and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments executed pursuant thereto, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with the ABL Credit Agreement, including any intercreditor or joinder agreement among holders of ABL Obligations, to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented, modified, renewed, extended or Refinanced from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

ABL Loan Documents has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.

ABL Loan Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement and any agreements (including, without limitation, any guarantee agreements or security agreements), instruments and documents executed from time to time in connection therewith, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time to the extent not prohibited by the Intercreditor Agreement.
