ABL Loan Documents definition

ABL Loan Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement and the “Loan Documents” (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement), including Bank Products, and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments executed pursuant thereto, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with the ABL Credit Agreement or any Bank Products, including any intercreditor or joinder agreement among holders of ABL Obligations, to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented, modified, renewed, extended or Refinanced from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

ABL Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

ABL Loan Documents means, collectively, (i) the ABL Credit Agreement and (ii) the security documents, intercreditor agreements (including the ABL Intercreditor Agreement), guarantees, joinders and other agreements or instruments executed in connection with the ABL Facility or such other agreements, in each case, as amended, modified, supplemented, substituted, replaced, restated or refinanced, in whole or in part, from time to time including in connection with a Permitted Refinancing of the ABL Facility.

Examples of ABL Loan Documents in a sentence

• Subject to the terms and conditions of the Term Loan Intercreditor Agreement, the remedies for any violation of the covenants, terms and conditions of the agreements herein contained shall be as prescribed herein, in the ABL Loan Documents, or by general law, or, as to that part of the security in which a security interest may be perfected under the Code, by the specific statutory consequences now or hereafter enacted and specified in the Code, all at the election of the ABL Controlling Agent.

• Except as otherwise provided herein, the ABL Agent and the other ABL Claimholders will be entitled to manage and supervise their respective loans and extensions of credit under their respective ABL Loan Documents in accordance with law and as they may otherwise, in their sole discretion, deem appropriate.

• Such loan advances may or may not be evidenced by guarantees or notes executed pursuant to the ABL Loan Documents.

• Any and all future advances (subject to the limitations on the principal amount of Obligations Secured elsewhere contained in this Deed of Trust) under this Deed of Trust and the ABL Loan Documents shall have the same priority as if the future advance was made on the date that this Deed of Trust was recorded.

• Pursuant to the DIP ABL Credit Agreement, all distributions pursuant to this Article II.C.1 shall be made to the DIP ABL Agent for distributions to the DIP ABL Lenders in accordance with the DIP ABL Credit Agreement and DIP ABL Loan Documents.

More Definitions of ABL Loan Documents

ABL Loan Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement and the other “Loan Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement, as each such document may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified.

ABL Loan Documents means (i) the ABL Credit Agreement, the ABL Collateral Documents and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments providing for, evidencing or securing any Obligation under the ABL Credit Agreement, (ii) each agreement, document or instrument providing for or evidencing an ABL Lender Hedging Obligation or ABL Lender Cash Management Obligation and (iii) any other related document or instrument executed or delivered pursuant to any document in subclause (i) or (ii) at any time or otherwise evidencing or securing any Obligation arising under any such ABL Loan Document.

ABL Loan Documents the Loan Documents as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived, otherwise modified, extended, renewed, refinanced or replaced from time to time.

ABL Loan Documents means collectively (a) the ABL Credit Agreement, (b) the ABL Security Documents, (c) any promissory note evidencing loans under the ABL Credit Agreement and (d) any amendment, waiver, supplement or other modification to any of the documents described in clauses (a) through (c), in each case as such documents may be amended, restated, supplemented, replaced, refinanced or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the requirements thereof and of this Agreement.

ABL Loan Documents means (i) the “Loan Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement or (ii) the “Loan Documents” (or comparable term) as defined in any Replacement ABL Credit Agreement, as the case may be.

ABL Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” or any comparable term as that term is defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

ABL Loan Documents means (a) the ABL Credit Agreement and (b) each of the other agreements, instruments and other documents with respect to the ABL Obligations, all as in effect on the date hereof or as may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the Intercreditor Agreement.
