ABL Loan Documents definition

ABL Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

ABL Loan Documents means collectively (a) the ABL Credit Agreement, (b) the ABL Security Documents, (c) any promissory note evidencing loans under the ABL Credit Agreement and (d) any amendment, waiver, supplement or other modification to any of the documents described in clauses (a) through (c), in each case as such documents may be amended, restated, supplemented, replaced, refinanced or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the requirements thereof and of this Agreement.

ABL Loan Documents the Loan Documents as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived, otherwise modified, extended, renewed, refinanced or replaced from time to time.

• Subject to the terms and conditions of the Term Loan Intercreditor Agreement, the remedies for any violation of the covenants, terms and conditions of the agreements herein contained shall be as prescribed herein, in the ABL Loan Documents, or by general law, or, as to that part of the security in which a security interest may be perfected under the Code, by the specific statutory consequences now or hereafter enacted and specified in the Code, all at the election of the ABL Controlling Agent.

• Except as otherwise provided herein, the ABL Agent and the other ABL Claimholders will be entitled to manage and supervise their respective loans and extensions of credit under their respective ABL Loan Documents in accordance with law and as they may otherwise, in their sole discretion, deem appropriate.

• Nothing in this Agreement impairs or otherwise adversely affects any rights or remedies the ABL Agent or the ABL Claimholders may have against the Grantors under the ABL Loan Documents.

• Such loan advances may or may not be evidenced by guarantees or notes executed pursuant to the ABL Loan Documents.

• The Notes Agent, on behalf the Note Claimholders, acknowledges and agrees that the ABL Agent and the other ABL Claimholders have made no express or implied representation or warranty, including with respect to the execution, validity, legality, completeness, collectibility or enforceability of any of the other ABL Loan Documents, the ownership of any Collateral or the perfection or priority of any Liens thereon.

ABL Loan Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement and the other “Loan Documents” (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement), and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments executed pursuant thereto, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with the ABL Credit Agreement, including any intercreditor or joinder agreement among holders of ABL Obligations, to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented, modified, renewed, extended or Refinanced from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

ABL Loan Documents means collectively (a) the ABL Credit Agreement and (b) the security documents, intercreditor agreements, including the ABL/Term Loan Intercreditor Agreement, guarantees, joinders and other agreements or instruments executed in connection with the ABL Credit Agreement or such other agreements in each case as amended, modified, supplemented, substituted, replaced, restated or refinanced in whole or in part from time to time including in connection with a Permitted Refinancing of the ABL Credit Agreement.

ABL Loan Documents means (i) the ABL Credit Agreement, the ABL Collateral Documents and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments providing for, evidencing or securing any Obligation under the ABL Credit Agreement, (ii) each agreement, document or instrument providing for or evidencing an ABL Lender Hedging Obligation or ABL Lender Cash Management Obligation and (iii) any other related document or instrument executed or delivered pursuant to any document in subclause (i) or (ii) at any time or otherwise evidencing or securing any Obligation arising under any such ABL Loan Document.

ABL Loan Documents has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.

ABL Loan Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement and any agreements (including, without limitation, any guarantee agreements or security agreements), instruments and documents executed from time to time in connection therewith, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time to the extent not prohibited by the Intercreditor Agreement.

ABL Loan Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement and the “Loan Documents” (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement), including Bank Products, and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments executed pursuant thereto, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with the ABL Credit Agreement or any Bank Products, including any intercreditor or joinder agreement among holders of ABL Obligations, to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented, modified, renewed, extended or Refinanced from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

ABL Loan Documents means the “Credit Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement, including any amendments, restatements, amendments and restatements, supplements, modifications, or replacements thereto to the extent same are permitted by the Initial Intercreditor Agreement.
