Examples of Credit Agreements in a sentence
The Issuer will duly and punctually pay the principal of and interest on the Secured Debt, in accordance with the terms of such Debt and this Indenture and the Credit Agreements pursuant to the Priority of Payments.
Amounts properly withheld under the Code or other applicable law by any Person from a payment under any Debt shall be considered as having been paid by the Issuer to the relevant Holder for all purposes of this Indenture and the Credit Agreements.
No recourse shall be had against any officer, director, manager, trustee, beneficial owner, partner, member, employee, shareholder, authorized Person or incorporator of the Issuer, the Collateral Manager, the E.U./U.K. Retention Provider, the U.S. Retention Provider, the Depositor or their respective Affiliates, successors or assigns for any amounts payable under the Debt, this Indenture or the Credit Agreements.
It is understood that the foregoing provisions of this paragraph (i) shall not (i) prevent recourse to the Assets for the sums due or to become due under any security, instrument or agreement which is part of the Assets or (ii) constitute a waiver, release or discharge of any indebtedness or obligation evidenced by the Debt, this Indenture or the Credit Agreements or secured by this Indenture until such Assets have been realized.
The Bank has taken all necessary corporate action to authorize the execution, delivery and performance of this Indenture and the Credit Agreements, and all of the documents required to be executed by the Bank pursuant hereto.
