Credit Agreements definition

Credit Agreements means any promissory note, mortgage, loan agreement, indenture or similar instrument or agreement to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is or becomes a borrower, as such instruments or agreements may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time and including any one or more refinancing or replacements thereof, in whole or in part, with any other debt facility or debt obligation, for as long as the payee or creditor to whom the Company or any of its Subsidiaries owes such obligation is not an Affiliate of the Company.
Credit Agreements means the Revolving Credit Agreement and the Term Loan Credit Agreement.
Credit Agreements means the First Lien Credit Agreement and the Second Lien Credit Agreement.

Examples of Credit Agreements in a sentence

  • The Issuer will duly and punctually pay the principal of and interest on the Secured Debt, in accordance with the terms of such Debt and this Indenture and the Credit Agreements pursuant to the Priority of Payments.

  • Amounts properly withheld under the Code or other applicable law by any Person from a payment under any Debt shall be considered as having been paid by the Issuer to the relevant Holder for all purposes of this Indenture and the Credit Agreements.

  • The Bank has taken all necessary corporate action to authorize the execution, delivery and performance of this Indenture and the Credit Agreements, and all of the documents required to be executed by the Bank pursuant hereto.


More Definitions of Credit Agreements

Credit Agreements shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preliminary statement of this Agreement.

Credit Agreements means (i)(A) the Term Loan Credit Agreement and (B) the Revolving Credit Agreement and (ii) whether or not the credit agreements referred to in clause (i) remain outstanding, if designated by the Issuer to be included in the definition of “Credit Agreement,” one or more (A) debt facilities or commercial paper facilities, providing for revolving credit loans, term loans, receivables financing (including through the sale of receivables to lenders or to special purpose entities formed to borrow from lenders against such receivables) or letters of credit, (B) debt securities, indentures or other forms of debt financing (including convertible or exchangeable debt instruments or bank guarantees or bankers’ acceptances), or (C) instruments or agreements evidencing any other Indebtedness, in each case, with the same or different borrowers or issuers and, in each case, as amended, supplemented, modified, extended, restructured, renewed, refinanced, restated, replaced or refunded in whole or in part from time to time.
Credit Agreements means the Intelsat Credit Agreement and the Intelsat Corp Credit Agreement.
Credit Agreements means the U.S. Credit Agreements and the European Credit Agreement.
Credit Agreements means the New Credit Agreement and the Existing Credit Agreement, collectively.
