Annual Workplan definition

Annual Workplan means the research workplan prepared annually in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.1 below.
Annual Workplan means the workplan approved each year by the Board for allocating the Company’s anticipated revenues.
Annual Workplan means a detailed workplan describing the activities to be performed by each of the parties, including schedules for such performance, for a specific Collaboration Year, as shall be agreed upon and amended by the parties from year-to-year in accordance with Section 2.

  • The Steering Committee shall prepare and provide to Ixsys and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ on or before July 1, 1993, the Annual Workplan, in form and substance mutually acceptable to Ixsys and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇, which shall describe the research for the period from July 1, 1993 through and including December 31, 1993.

  • By not later than October 31 of each year, the Manager will prepare and present to the Members an Annual Workplan and Budget for the succeeding fiscal year for the Member's review and unanimous approval.
