The Steering Committee shall prepare and provide to Ixsys and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ on or before July 1, 1993, the Annual Workplan, in form and substance mutually acceptable to Ixsys and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇, which shall describe the research for the period from July 1, 1993 through and including December 31, 1993.
By not later than October 31 of each year, the Manager will prepare and present to the Members an Annual Workplan and Budget for the succeeding fiscal year for the Member's review and unanimous approval.
